Hands down they best SPOON recipe we have tried yet. Probably will become a family dinner staple. Whole family loved it and went back for more. Can't wait to try this for next dinner party - maybe a beer theme, who knows.
Is it me, or does everything made with beer awesome? Thanks.

LOL I lived in Belgium for 3 years thanks to the Army. They are very very slow eaters and it does take an entire day to get a meal we learned that the hard way as well!
We had the same bus issue as you did but we were in Paris the bus driver just stopped the bus and left we were sitting there thinking what the heck. Good times good times!!

That is the most gorgeous photograph of Autumnal Feast Food. I must have this TONIGHT!!! And the story is delicious. Travel Unplugged, the kind of thing that really truly happens, along with the 'perfect adventure' anecdotes I tend to put out there, romantically and not always accurately. You make me think I could put forth a stew that tastes even better than the one you had that night, while savoring your tale of the true deliciousness of travel, unlikely adventures in good company and unfamiliar places.
