		<description>I am laughing out loud at this entry!  I have actually thought this myself - why the veggie tray??  Does anyone really eat raw veggies?  Nobody really wants them unless there is some peanut butter in which to dip the celery!  Hurray for a meaningful way to use the leftovers!</description>
