Not so intimidating to me (pre-made wrappers help!). I think I'll try these this weekend. Thanks!

I have never tried them in the oven. Maybe brushed with a little oil? I have cooked the thawed dumplings in broth with vegetables to make a soup. Let me know if baking works.

I've been a dumpling/wonton lover for the past 25 years. I've been known to make them with Mexican fillings as well as sweet with dulce de leche. Yep, those wrappers are so easy to use and as diverse as our population. I made and wrote about a batch just yesterday, as a matter of fact.

Happy Lunar New Year to you :)
